The game ended in 1916 (!) when Russia built a fleet and Germany upgraded several markers to Possessions, and the resultant removal of other powers Interests drove the tensions to 100+. Germany and Russia both took the triple penalty, but in 1916 the penalty is zero... There was one chinese rebellion, in 1892.
Eric Moore was America until 1904, when Keith Langley took over. Pitt Crandlemire was succeeded by Davide Pignat as France at the start of 1896. Brandon Abraham was Japan in 1880, and was succeeded by Paul Lacey at the start of 1884, and who in turn was succeeded by Erik Hallstromer in mid 1900.
