The game started in October 1996 and ended in September 1997. Mark O'English took over the US at an early stage, taking the US to a win from a probable 3rd-4th position in 1884.
The game ended by Germany deliberatly causing the Great War through an Austrian DoW, in 1896. Britain suffered the triple Great War penalty for beeing the first power to declare war. There was a chinese rebellion in 1896.
