during the 1896 Movement/Status Change Phase. Powers placing Possessions,
thus taking the triple penalty for contributing to the start of the Great
War, were Britain, France, Germany and Japan. Ben Baron took over Japan
after Markus Kaessbohrer during the 1892 turn.
