The game ended in 1900, during the Marker Adjustment Phase. A variety of Possession placements by Great Britain and France forced the removal of sufficient Interests to bring the ETI from 90 to 103. Those two powers were the sole powers to take the Great War Penalty.
There was one Chinese Rebellion, in 1892.
