GM: Mark O'English

The game ended in an 1888 Great War. The ETI was 16 before Great Britain declared War on France over a French control placed in Uganda. Germany and America came to France's defense. Germany and France then signed a separate peace with Great Britain, leaving them just at War with America. However, this peace violated a Treaty between Japan and France and Germany, and Japan declared War on France. Germany and Russia then came to France's defense, whereupon France signed a separate peace with Japan. Japan then signed Peaces with Germany and Russia in quick succession, and the War ended as ETI hit 100 while America fought Britain. Great Britain was the sole power to take the penalty as the power who intitiated the War. There were no Chinese Rebellions.
Joshua Landrum filled in as Japan during the latter half of the War of 1888.
