This game was played with a special rule that the power upon whom War was declared would take the blame as well.
The game ended in the Negotiation Phase of 1884 when Germany became convinced that they couldn't win and declared War on everyone they could: Britain and France for breaking Treaties, and Italy for a Marker Conflict.
