The game ended in 1880. Great Britain defied Congress, and declared War on Germany over a German Protectorate placed in Egypt. Austria-Hungary joined Germany against Britain, and Germany then declared War on Russia, who had broken their defensive Treaty.
Great Britain and Germany took the Great War Penalty, of course, and by house rule Russia also did for giving Germany cause to Declare War on them.
